The Mop head is kind of thin, well not as thick as I would like it to be my house has 2 levels and 100% wood. I have to change the water 2/3 times when mopping each level. Causing me to have to use a lot of materials and supplies in one cleaning so yeah I gave it 3 stars because it gets the job done I guess.

Really makes any mopping job easier since the mop can be rinsed, easily wrung out and therefore quickly re-useable w/the press of the foot lever! Plus you have a mop head that can deliver more liquid to certain areas that may need to soak a few minutes, like a dried spill! Love it!💕

It's OK, but if I end up buying another one, I would buy the brand that the mop is round not triangular as it’s a little challenging when you’re spin rinsing out the triangular mop, in the round spin bucket. I would have returned it, but I threw the box away.

its so much eadier to ise than the traditional mops, it wrings dry. One can either wring dry or barely, so we decide how much water stays in to mop the floor. One of the doubts is if the spring on the bucket will last bit i find this very excellent

We bought this mopping system because we are older adults with joint and muscular ailments. It is particularly difficult to wield and wring a heavy mop. This tool does the trick! PLEASE NOTE: It would be worth paying a few extra dollars if the handle telescoped longer and the bucket had wheels.

Earlier this year I had rotator cuff surgery with bicep repair, etc. I am limited in my ability to clean, like not being able to ring a mop. I thought a steam mop would be better to use than a regular because I have back problems. Once I tried a small steam mop, I like it and went for a bigger one. Well, I became stuck with a new mop I can't return because it went off the market and I never used it because I constantly thought about putting the washable pad in the washer. Wasn't going to happen! This mop and bucket is a great product for those of you who have bad backs. Enjoy! this is the best mom I've ever owned doing it made life so much easier I'm older now and life is a little bit harder but just mop makes it so much easier the only downfall is that if the bucket flies when you pump the pedal if the bucket is not full thank you so much Walmart and O Cedar
