[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically, they are tasty. However, opening the container, I've noticed a distasteful order that smells like shellac, or old oil. Leaving the cover off for a while the order leaves, but comes back after it is replaced, again. The taste still is outstanding, and the crispness seems to have been retained. However, the order is almost offensive. It makes me think that they were cooked with oil that had been used too much. Similar to what you smell in fish fry shops. Curious what your thoughts are.

Of the 2 that I ordered one had the lid securely "taped" in place but the other did not and could have been opened before it arrived here. I called customer service and they quickly processed a refund and told me NOT TO EAT the one with the loose lid. No kidding. I am not the only reviewer with this issue. UTZ needs to investigate what's going on with their product.

I really don't care for pretzels but my kids do so i got this for them and I decided to try one and they are so good there's something about these pretzels that is different and makes them so much better than other brands. I'll continue to buy this when we run out.

Taste is great but 3 of the 5 containers we purchased had mostly pieces of broken pretzels. Very few were actually whole. We offer these to customers at our pub so it is disappointing.

We love these pretzels, but they arrive in tiny pieces if you have to ship. Going to start purchasing elsewhere unless they start carrying then in our store again.

I love pretzels but I got majority of them broken into pieces when it was delivered. I don't think I wanna order this again unless it's delivered from the store. I would have given this a 5* but I know it's not Sam's Club fault.

These are always fresh and delicious. The top seals well. No moisture invades and they stay crunchy. Great alone or with a dip. We have used for a breading as well and it works.

Utz pretzels taste stale. But the bigest problem with them is that I bought 2 60 Oz. canisters and I would say that 50% of them were broken into pieces. But if you like to eat them with a spoon that is fine. Will not buy them again.
