These are perfect, I bought them to dip in white chocolate and was a little worried they might be broken up. They are not broke at all! So often people leave reviews only when something is wrong. I decided to leave a review because something is right! ;)

These pretzels are nice and crisp, and stay amazingly crisp after being opened. At first bite, the taste is delicious. The problem we had was that it soon dissolved into a mouthful of bread. They are awesome with dip, but they need a little moisture to help it go down. I personally would also want more salt on them, but I am a salty person.

I'm away from home in Florida. I bought these online (delivered to my door) because the Sam's club here (Daytona) didn't have them in store. They arrived quickly and the convenience of right to the door is wonderful (the Sam's club is almost 30 min away). Unfortunately, many of the pretzels were broken after traveling in the delivery truck(s) compared to what I get when picking them up myself (not an option here). So, I think I'll buy them "in-store" when I can and probably not buy them when they're not available in store. The delivery option is nice but not worth the penalty of 40+% crumbs. Something I noticed when shopping the Daytona Sam's vs. Annapolis Sam's is that there items available here that are not available back home and vice versa.

These pretzels actually taste very good. My complaint has absolutely NOTHING TO DO WITH SAM'S CLUB OR "SHIPPING ISSUES!" It has EVERYTHING to do with the manufacturing process. There is an empty space inside the tub measuring 3 inches high and 8 inches wide that allow the contents to shake around the entire journey. So when it arrives there are hundreds of tiny busted up pieces and crumbs. That's what you get when you put too few pretzels into a too large tub. Maybe 25% is whole pretzels. I have so far had THREE tubs...all the same! On top of it, I reach out to Tech Support and they hang up on me...twice! Shame on Sam's Club selling this product that is poorly packaged at the manufacturing site and as a result arrives all busted up, and they are rude to Sam's Club members! Why should Sam's Club suffer the loss sending me a replacement when the fault clearly lies with the manufacturing process? In the end it is always the Consumer that suffers.

Used to be my go-to snack! Now tastes different and harder. Looked at the ingredients: now contains soybean oil! Soy products cause kidney stones and allergic reactions for a lot of people! Cheap, problematic, unnecessary! Deal breaker! You lost a long-time customer to save a few cents! I am not alone. Bad business decision. Bye!

These were the best pretzels as many customers attest. But recently Sams was sold out. When a new shipment came in, I got my order. However the round container has changed to a little more square (no big deal). The pretzels are darker and more broken pieces than anytime in the past, and lower quality. I suspect the UTZ company has changed them. I will try them one more. If things don't get better, I may have to find another favorite.
