[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our preschool uses only Utz mini twists for snack time. There are over 100 little people that have their daily small cup of pretzels and they never tire of them. I tried another brand only once, they knew these weren’t their “ real pretzels”. I order 12 containers at a time at least 6 times per school year, they arrive quickly and aren’t in pieces. Thank you so much for continuing to make such a great product!

Of the 2 that I ordered one had the lid securely "taped" in place but the other did not and could have been opened before it arrived here. I called customer service and they quickly processed a refund and told me NOT TO EAT the one with the loose lid. No kidding. I am not the only reviewer with this issue. UTZ needs to investigate what's going on with their product.

Not the best pretzel I've had, (prefer more buttery versions), but still plenty delicious. Great size container binging and packing in lunches. Lid is a weak. Towards the bottom of the barrel the lid split and doesn't seal now. Still a solid purchase.

Since most of the pretzels are broken in half or thirds or more, they seem to last longer.....Actually I prefer pretzels to be whole! The last TWO orders have been the same condition. Didn't have this problem when they were carried at the store. For the most part I like the product.. or products.. depending how you look at the packaging.

These would really be great if you could pick them up from the factory right off the packaging assembly line, or maybe at the club. When these get shipped to your house, there are a lot of pretzel powder, salt, and broken pretzel pieces at the bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically, they are tasty. However, opening the container, I've noticed a distasteful order that smells like shellac, or old oil. Leaving the cover off for a while the order leaves, but comes back after it is replaced, again. The taste still is outstanding, and the crispness seems to have been retained. However, the order is almost offensive. It makes me think that they were cooked with oil that had been used too much. Similar to what you smell in fish fry shops. Curious what your thoughts are.

I bought this last month and just now as ready to opn the container. My helper had opened the package and placed the pretzels in my pantry. I am shocked that over 50 percent are broken - hard to find whole ones. We have started to eat these pouring into a bowl - but now what I have received in the past - disappointed.

I decided to purchase these pretzels in attempt to save a little money vs buying them elsewhere. I will not make the same mistake again. All 3 of us couldn't stand to eat more than 2 or 3 pretzels each. With or without dip. The amount of salt the pretzels would even impress Morton.

I really don't care for pretzels but my kids do so i got this for them and I decided to try one and they are so good there's something about these pretzels that is different and makes them so much better than other brands. I'll continue to buy this when we run out.

These pretzels are very good. But they arrived smashed with the container broken because they were packaged with other very heavy canned goods (which also arrived with the cardboard cartons broken and cans dented). I'm not sure exactly why, but my order indicates that the pretzels and some canned goods are not eligible for return. It's ridiculous that delivery of products is this poor. Perhaps not ordering anything else at the same time may prevent this kind of damage. But I guess there isn't a guarantee. Very poor customer service.
