These almonds are good - they have low sodium - 50% less sodium than the regular version . They are made with sea salt and are certified by the American Heart Association . Overall I recommend this product.

I purchased the Salted version of the almonds because I typically like almonds. But my problem is they are very hard on my teeth. I much prefer the almonds they put in chocolate candy bars.
