Overall these are a good healthy snacking option, especially if you're looking to cut back on sodium. That said, I probably prefer the regular ones best. I'd recommend these to anyone looking for a health conscious snack!

I used to snack on these all the time. I can only eat a couple in a sitting but they are great for filling you up. I wish they were a little saltier and they are a little expensive but if you only eat the serving size, it should last awhile.

Yummy! I usually but the plain and natural Blue Diamond almonds, but these were nice to have a little salt added! I ate them just for snacking. I don't think I would use these in a recipe.

Love the Almonds from Blue Diamond. They are salted just enough and always fresh. They are to me a bit more expensive then other brands but for the most part they are delicious.
