This is a perfect portion controlled snack. A little bit salty makes it a little bit better but a little less healthier. The raw plain and unsalted still have a great taste but once in a while you need some salt.

A perfectly healthy snack for everyone in the family except ofcourse if you are allergic to nuts. For people who are trying to lose weight these make a great snack or even a substitute for breakfast. Love them.

They do the job done for adequate snacking. It keeps you full as they are almonds and it's salted but I felt as though it was more salt than I would prefer. The amount is good too because the jar lasts for quite a bit.
