I like having these as my snack during the day I like that they are lightly salted. These taste really good with my yogurt and I love that they are healthy for me.

Sometimes I love just normal almonds keeps me focused and fueled great taste and price always convenient to have on hand and love it's low sodium I get very bloated with sodium so lil to none is my friend
