I use these when I need a crunch in my dish. Topping on. Salads, casseroles, a mild onion flavor. Just adds a great crunch.

These onions are great for fried chicken. I crush them and add them to my panko bread crumbs. Big bag can last quite a while. Stock up while you can. Sometimes I'll eat them out of bag.

I only gave this three stars because one of the bags had been opened and when they picked it they didn't catch it. When they loaded it into my car they didn't catch it. So now I have to return it and it's a 25 minute drive for me to return.
