Needed some bread for a potluck. Made 2 batches, and got nearly 3 dozen! One batch says makes 10 but those would be giant biscuits. Delicious, fluffy and so easy.

Ave been making these for a long time. I use Colby Jack shredded cheese instead of cheddar and put in twice as much cheese as called for. My whole family loves them.

We have never gotten them to taste exactly like we get in the restaurant, but sometimes we make them even better :-) Add 1/2 cup more sharp cheddar cheese to the biscuit mix and an additional 2 TBSP of butter to the herbs. Definitely not food to have if you are on a diet :-)

These were good. Would recommend modifying the box directions to part water and part half n half, double the cheese and and a little butter

I use this mix for my sausage balls. One pacer and the spice packet. One pound of sausage and 2 cups of cheddar cheese.

Appreciate being able to buy this mix and make at home

Excellent biscuits. We took them on a trip and used it all. Everyone was thrilled with them.

Nothing beats homemade biscuits; however, if one is pinched for time, these come pretty close. The box has individual portioned bags inside with a season packet to make a butter sauce topping. Unless you read the ingredients required, one has to buy the cheese to make as it is not provided. If you like a strong or noticeable cheese flavor, I suggest buying sharp to extra sharp cheese to grate. I personally did not like the butter sauce packet recipe. I found the powdered packet one adds melted butter to, then suggested to brush on cooked biscuits too much. Making at home doesn't taste as good as the ones you are served ... but close to it. When I make again, I will omit brushing on the butter sauce. Instead I will make it into a spread to add when eating to see if it is more of a homemade biscuit flavor and texture. Overall these are not bad and definitely better than those pop can biscuits.

We hadn't been to a Red Lobster for a long time, but we always like their biscuits so we decided to try these when they went on sale. They are easy to make. I was initially surprised that I had to add my own cheese to the dough, and my own butter for the topping, but upon reflection it makes sense to use fresh ingredients for a more authentic result. The seasoning packet that gets added to the butter is a bit overpowering for me, so I use it about half strength, but the final result is very good and pretty close (as best I can recall) to the real thing. I'd give it 4.3 - 4.5 stars if that was an option.

These are very good hot and greatly out the oven but each individual packet makes too many and they are not that good heated up. There are only 2 of us.
