I remember my mother and grandmother cleaning with the "Original" scented Pin-sol and I used it up until a couple years ago when it seemed to have disappeared without any forewarning. I am saddened and upset that such a great cleaning product used for decades by millions of people and companies has been taken away. I know with new technology and the new generations of people that have entered into this dirty world, cannot tell the difference of a cleaning product and its purpose, which is probably why the bottle is now labeled "multi-surface" but this product stinks!!! Literally, it smells like urine mixed with that nasty smell of Fabulosa cleaning liquid. And believe me, I know what urine smells like. I clean double, sometimes triple thinking I didn't do a good enough job cleaning up the grime and smell, just to use on the "multi-surfaces in other rooms to find the odor has followed the bottle. Something is very wrong with this new formula and I will no longer purchase this product, instead I will use Comet powder for both my cleaning and "clean smelling" needs. Please do the public a favor and make an announcement if or when you plan on bringing back the true "Original" scent!!!

Also, I have to say that other cleaners often leave behind chalky residues and I have to spend extra time cleaning up the cleaner, not so with Pine-Sol.

I use Pinesol regularly and just the smell of Pinesol tells my customers that they have a clean house. But, hey, it is not just the smell--it is the reality also. With an 8 year old who wants to be a vet we have a collection of pets including 4 cats, 2 dogs, a ferret, 2 rabbets, 2 parakeets and an ever changing assortment of lizards, toads, newts, frogs, turtles, snakes and fish. This menagerie requires constant attention to cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and Pine-sol does the job, keeping our home smelling fresh and more importantly, germ free!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the original is best maby there is more 'pine' but i tried some of the other fragrance types they were not near as good as the original which cuts grease great cleans great just a bit too strong smell left after your done. I would think they can not ease the scent down and still keep the great cleaning that is does, so i will put up with the scent to get the great cleaning that is does

It is scent that I associated with a clean house. Now that i'm older and have children of my own I use the same thing. Nothing but pine-sol to keep my house clean and spotless.

There are other cleaners on the market but you have to use more of the product to get the smell that pinesol gives you. I dont want to use anything else. I am a pinesol gal to the end. thanks.
