arrived with 5 pods split open and leaking which made an incredible mess inside product and shipping boxes otherwise its okay product

I absolutely love this product, it arrived on time, the box was a little damaged but the pods were good .

Last year, it was reported that Hazelnut cream would be discontinued. So glad it was not since this is my husbands favorite coffee cream. The item was delivered two days after I place the order.

Received sticky, damaged, and lots of empty cups in the box. So disappointed because before using them, I have to wash the first to remove sugary sticky coating. I did not expect to get an item like this from Sam's club.
