As for the creamer, it was tasty, but when the box arrived 1/3 of the creamers had broken open during transport. I took each little cup out and washed them, but 1/2 of what was left broke open by splitting up the side of the container while rinsing them off. At the end I was left with 1/4 of a box. I have purchased these before with no problems, not sure why this happened.

I order these for the coffee bar at church. The price point is great. But, when these are shipped as is necessary most times, there are several that have leaked and covered the rest in the box. Containing sugar, the remaining units must be hand washed before using (time consuming). Never have problems with the ones from the pallet in the club or picked up.

There was a few containers that leaked and caused a spill in the box. These had to be discarded but the rest I just rinsed off, let them dry and put in another box since the box was somewhat wet. Apparently, there were trauma during shipping! The product itself is my favorite and I will continue to order it. The containers are small, thin and easy to puncture.

For some reason I haven't been able to find these in my neighborhood grocery store lately and never in this quantity. I somehow discovered these on the Sam's site and now I'll ONLY buy them there!! Can't beat the price for the value! WOW! I especially LOVE that they were delivered to my door SO quickly. (I do keep them in the fridge though).

I always love the taste and smell of hazelnut, especially with coffee. This box is of great value and convenience. Just a little unhappy with the last delivery when some where broken seal and leaked out to the box. My local club was out of stock so I have to order online. But overall, love it.

The product itself is very good, however this is the third time we received this product and several of the packages inside had leaked out and made a mess of all the others. We ended up throwing away 15 of the packets because they were empty and having to wash the remaining packs. Note that the outside of the box wasn’t damaged so the product were probably messed up when they were originally packed. This is probably not a Sam’s issue.

I had previously made a mistake by ordering the Hazelnut Coffee Creamers from a major competitor of Sam’s Club. When it arrived and broken into, there was Sam’s Club written on the box. Thus, I ordered the next time direct from Sam’s Club and the price was cut in half. I learned my lesson, order from Sam’s period.

Great tasting product BUT NOT LACTOSE FREE! I wish that there was a commercially available LACTOSE FREE/DAIRY FREE option available at Sam's Club so that I could buy it in bulk. Not everyone can have dairy/lactose products. If Sam's Club carried MORE options for those of us who do have allergies/intolerances, they could advertise this and sell a lot more products for those people and not just all the junk food that they seem to like to sell!
