[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Xyzal for a few months now to manage my seasonal allergies, and overall, it’s been really effective. Within an hour of taking it, I usually notice a big reduction in sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. One of the biggest benefits is that it lasts 24 hours, so I only have to take it once before bed. Pros: • Fast-acting relief from allergy symptoms • Works all day and night • Doesn’t wear off in the middle of the day like some other antihistamines Cons: • Can cause drowsiness (even though it’s marketed as “less sedating”) • A bit more expensive than generic options If you’re sensitive to drowsiness, I recommend taking it at night (as the label suggests). It helps you sleep through allergy symptoms and reduces the risk of being tired during the day. For me, it’s become a go-to during allergy season. Especially living in San Antonio

The Xyzal didn't work very well for me. I was sneezing and had nasal congestion. I'm not sure if 5 days just want enough for it to relieve my symptoms.

I like them so much better, they cleared up all my sinus irritations with 1 pill (have to take 2 of the other). I appreciate the sample an opportunity to try your product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had gotten a free sample of 5 day supply of Xyzal Allergy 24HR to try from SampleSource. I usually get really bad allergies and need medication to keep it at bay and Xyzal did it's job of keeping it at bay for me. I had never tried this brand before but now I know of the Xyzal brand when I'm finished with the medicine I'm currently using.

I received a sample of Xyzal and used it for a few days instead of my normal daily allergy medication. It worked very well, even in the middle of Cedar pollen season. I would love to purchase this to replace my daily medication but the price point is higher than my budget allows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has a dog a Bull Terrier and I’m very allergic. This is the only thing that works for me . I did have a little bit if a head ache but not sure if is because the pills. Other than that they actually works.
