I needed more after that. My tree allergies are pretty intense in the spring, and I need something the packs a lot of punch the entire 24 hours. This wasn't it. My son used it, and it seemed to be a good option for his allergies. He liked the option of taking just one pill a day. After I get past my most difficult allergy season, I think this would be a good option for my general, everyday allergies.
