So the next time I took it during the day and it worked great, but it only lasted for about 8 hours instead of the 24 hours it states. My allergies might be stronger than these pills can handle. But if you have a light case of allergies that aren't year round ( just seasonal ) it might work for you.

The first time I took one I did so at night to see if I would wake up groggy and I did not. Then tried during the day time and no drowsiness, no feeling of lethargy and my concentration was right in point. Would definitely recommend.
