[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this effective but it takes nearly an hour to start showing benefits though they last for a while. As with other allergy medications, this leaves me feeling dehydrated so I drink alot of water throughout the day which helps mitigate the effects of dehydration. Otherwise I have had good results with relief from sinus drainage and associated itchiness.

I got relief within the hour and I actually went out and bought more. This seemed to have more of a relieving effect then claritin, that being said I will be buying this from now on.

I bought it about a week ago, I take allergy medicine year round but tree pollen just kicked off and Allegra was not helping at all, even after the very first dose of Zyzal my allergies improved tremendously. My allergies are so bad I will feel almost sick throughout the worst periods of allergy season, Zyzal works better than anything I've ever taken.
