My allergies and all my symptoms seemed to be a lot better the next day. Although inwas groggy and it was hard for me to get motivated when i woke up.

You have to take the night before but I have noticed that you sleep heavier with XYZAL, so do not take when you only have a limited sleep time. I have a bit of a hard time waking up, but once I'm up and around, I am feeling better.
