It did last 24 hrs as advertised however the first few hours I was very sleepy. Now I understand why the commercials tell you to take it at night. All-in-all a good product that does exactly what it claims.

I was surprised how Xyzal worked when I took it. It provided me relief when I was in need. It did last me a few hours. When I needed some days later I had the exact experience as the first time taking it.

I am sad to say this didn't help me at all. In fact I had to take my regular allergy otc along with the Xyzal for me to even be able to function. I gave it a few days and I still had to add my regular otc allergy meds. I am going to stick with my usual otc generic brand allergy medicine. Thank you for the opportunity, but this is a no for me.
