[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the XYZAL sample and was so happy with the product that I've already bought more to use until all of the pollen is gone. The XYZAL has lessened my constant sneezing and watery eyes. I can return to enjoying the outdoors again and only have to take one XYZAL everyday.

Purchased this excited to try something new for my annoying allergies that just won't stay away. While it did greatly decrease my allergy symptoms, I started having other issues. I noticed that anytime I ate, my tongue would become very irritated (i.e. painful) to the point that I was trying to avoid certain foods hoping it wasn't the medicine. Obviously this wasn't scientific research here, but a coworker of mine experienced similar issues. As soon as we stopped taking the medicine, our tongues got better. I do still notice the saltiness of food, but the tongue irritation is gone. Stinks for us because it was doing its job with my runny nose.

Although the Xyzal pill is small, I have no problem swallowing the Zytec, which is quite small anyway. I find no difference is how either product worked for me. I will finish my Zytec and then do a price comparison the next time I need to make a purchase.

Maybe my allergies are worse than most people but it would last maybe half of that. But when it worked it worked very well. I appreciate being able to try it

She doesn't have a Rx for any type of treatment and has used many over the counter brands over the span of 20 years. XYZAL Allergy 24HR works. It last and lasts. The is safer and more affordable than constantly having to take pills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Xyzal when I started to get my usual Spring allergies (sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, etc.), and my nose bled once a day for the next three days. I immediately stopped taking the Xyzal after the first day. I'm not surprised, because I also experience this when using Loratadine, but trying Xyzal has now taught me I'll experience the same symptom with Levocetirizine dihydrochloride.

I saw on the shelf but was not sure I wanted to spend the money at this time to try it and have it not work. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no fatigue like other allergy medicines I have taken. It worked quite well. I am not so sure it lasted the full 24 hours but it did seem to work better than my Zyrtec.

Sadly, although it did work to control my allergies very quickly, the side effects the next day are too overwhelming for me. I tried these three nights in a row and had the exact same problem. Yes I slept well but upon waking my head is in a daze. The cloudy head feeling and the daze continues for many hours after waking. I'm not willing to give up my lucidity to get rid of my allergy symptoms.
