I thought that it helped but not as much as the allergy medication that I've used in the past. It was decent but I still found myself having more allergy-related symptoms than I typically experience while using a medication.

My nose gets inflamated and am constantly like dry congested and Xyza didnt really help i still felt the same maybe this is for people with mild allergies because mine are more severe.

Being that it is 24 hour relief is amazing, now I don’t have to remember to take numerous pills a day, or if I took them, no jitters, no crashing. Just. Relief. Finally.

If this did not cause drowsiness I would be more inclined to buy it. I hope Xyzal considers making a non drowsy product. It may work well if your allergies are causing restlessness and you need to get some sleep, but may not be so practical if you need to stay alert (if you have small children for instance). This only happens a few times a year, but man, it is difficult to get through the day with bad allergies. I tried Xyzal Allergy 24HR and it worked like a miracle! It took some time, but once the medicine kicked it, it definitely helped me get through my day with barely any allergy problems.
