I got my sample and I tried it took it at night it did just the opposite for me kept me awake I couldn't sleep work great on my sinuses kept me cleared out but it kept me awake I will not be using it again

I bought this a month ago and it does help, but makes you very sleepy. I would recommend you only take it at night. If you have allergies it does help and let's you sleep through the night.
