Didn't sleep well throughout the night, felt disgusting the whole time and haven't finished the sample. Didn't want to have the same experience again, so haven't tried a second time. Tired, trouble falling and staying asleep, nightmares, felt drowsy and groggy and all around bad the next day.

I was thankful to receive this allergy medicine just in time for Spring. Xyzal worked quickly to get them under control. This last week, I’ve really been feeling bad in the morning. I take it and they seem to clear up very quickly.

After trying Xyzal, I slept better, I didn't have a medicine hangover, and my nose didn't run and my eyes didn't itch, and one dose at night worked for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the sage blooms I'm always in need of allergen relief. Xyzal worked best for me in eliminating itching, burning eyes. I think everyone will have a different level of relief with Xyzal, but for me my eyes have always bothered me the worst. My best advice is to take this at night because it does make me too drowsy for daytime. Taking it at night also helps me awake the next day with my eyes feeling refreshed instead of itchy. I don't find it makes it quite to 24 hour relief, as I feel it wearing off at about 20 hours, when the sneezing starts, then the eyes. Overall, I will say this is a very good allergen reducer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like the allergy medicine really works. I like that you take it at night and I like that it offers 24 hours of relief. It really does help to alleviate your allergy symptoms. However, the side effects from it were pretty bad for me. It made me so hungry the next day that I could have ate everything in sight! Also, it left me feeling really groggy and like I was in a fog most of the next day. That may be a small trade off if you have terrible allergy symptoms but for everyday allergy issues, I will reach for something with fewer side effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does what it claims, tests my allergies. However it does cause drowsiness. I guess if you use it at bedtime it wouldn't be a problem but for a 24h product I would assume you take it in the day so you can have relief all day.
