I have chronic nighttime sinus congestion so I live on this stuff! It will work for 4-5 years before I have to choose another. It does NOT completely eliminate my issues, and I often have to also take Benadryl, but believe me when I say if I forget to take the Xyzal, there is absolutely no sleeping due to being reduced to mouth breathing which then dries out my throat and results in NO breathing. Ugh!!!!

So, after sneezing, watery itchy eyes, runny nose, for several weeks, I tried this, at the suggestion of coworkers. It only took one tiny pill to make a marked improvement. It’s taken at night only. Works like it says! Sams Club priced it right, way more affordable than local pharmacies and plenty more pills.

In Texas we have two weather seasons, hot and cool. We also have many pollen seasons; cedar, oak, ragweed, pecan…I could go on but you get the idea. I don’t really see as much relief with some of the other products on the market as I do with Xyzal. As long as I follow the directions and take it before bed, I do pretty well the next day. The longer I take it, the better my benefits.

For someone who suffers seasonal allergies, XYZAL is my #1 go to for relief. I take one in the morning, if needed I will take a second one late afternoon (when pollen is very high). These don't seem to have any side effects, so taking them anytime of the day with any type of job doesn't appear to be a problem (for me anyways). I switched to XYZAL 3 years ago, they are still my favorite brand.

Recommended by my doctor for drainage at night. Xyzal has made a noticeable difference in my reduced coughing at night, heavy sinus drainage and morning sore throat. I take it along with a Singulair tablet and together they have helped significantly.

Decided to try Xyzal when my other OTC allergy medicine stopped providing relief from seasonal and pet allergies. I was surprised that this medication is taken in the evening before bedtime and the first few evenings it did seem to make me drowsy (a possible side effect). However, I have been allergy free despite several large wind events and fall blooms/weeds. I am very happy with the results and have not noticed any drowsiness after the first few evenings. It is significantly higher priced than my other allergy medication, perhaps because it is not yet available in a generic OTC. Slightly less than 4 months medication (110 tablets) costs four times what 1 year of my other medication so just be prepared for the sticker shock.

Great non-sleepy antihistamine. My seasonal allergies are so bad I us AM and PM with being drowsy.

Xyzal helps keep my sinuses under control. I have tried other sinus medicine but this is the best.
