[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only other allergy med that works for me is Zyrtec. Xyzal comes close in relieving symptoms, the main difference is I notice it is less drying, I do not feel quite as thirsty. The difference is very small.

I was able to easily break the pills in half (as suggested in the directions) and it kept allergy symptoms away. This did not make me drowsy, nor did it keep me awake. Overall, a great product!

I took it with me to Florida and had absolutely no allergy symptoms at all while while on vacation. I was happy that I had tucked my free sample in my bag because my symptoms were awful before taking it! It saved me a week that was filled with fun and ended with the wedding of my twin sister's wedding. I can't imagine my life in the Spring without it! I am a forever fan. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a free sample of Xyzal Allergy 24 Hr and even though it did clear my allergies to a certain extent, there were some secondary side effects that I could live without. First it left my real loopy in the mornings after i took the pill the night before. I felt like i was in a fog for part of the day and had to take some extra cups of coffee just to feel alert. Also, even though I am not sure this is part of a side effect I had more vivid dreams while taking this pill. Some actually quite scary! This might be best for others, just not for me.

My allergies were well under control, but this made me so sleepy and achy. I almost felt like I was getting sick. I followed the directions and took it in the evening for a week, it was well into the following afternoon before I felt right again. It doesn't work for me to be that sleepy,but I did feel that my allergies were well controlled. I'd definitely recommend trying it out, it just didn't suit me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is something that as a person with bad allergies, I would add to my already medication regiment for my allergies to get an extra boost. Took a bit to get into my system, but taken alone, it may be okay for someone with mild allergies.

Late April and half of May, we had a lot of trees and plants pollinating, here in Beaufort, South Carolina. Sneezing, Runny Nose, Itchy Nose and Throat, Itchy Watery Eyes, all relieved. And You can take a half a dose or a full dose, based on the severity.
