[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first taken Xyzal a couple of years ago, it was a miracle med. I could be wrong, but it seems something has changed since then. It's no longer as effective as it once was. To be fair, it could be me, but another household member tried it at the same time I did a few years ago and tried it again recently and had the same issue I had with it not being as effective as it once was. This makes me wonder if something in it was changed.

After taking Xyzal Allergy 24hr helped to clear up my symptoms for most of the day. I was starting to feel the symptoms come back about 20 hours after taking the pill.

It certainly works better than most, if not all, of the other OTC medications I’ve tried for my allergies. I do notice my nose still runs a bit on and off but don’t have the sneezing and stuffy nose I often have.

I've tried all my usual otc medicines as well as a prescription with absolutely no results. I received a sample of XYZAL today and desperate for any relief took one immediately. An hour later and I am no longer sneezing, no runny nose, no itchy eyes. Other than being just a little drowsy I am feeling better than I have in over a month. I honestly did not think anything would help and to say I am happy is an understatement. Thank you so much for this awesome allergy reliever.

I also like that my nose doesn’t bleed nor do I get nasty headaches like I did on the competitors.Try it ! you will not be disappointed. I do not even take it every day, it’s that good.

As long as I keep up with allergy medication, I can usually keep mine under control. This medication worked as expected for me, so the factor that may help me decide on which medication to take will probably be cost per day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sorry I was unable to use this product. When I read the cautionary part of the label, it advised that patients with kidney disease should not take Xyzal so I did not use my sample. I'm sure it's a good product, just not for me.
