It worked very well at controlling my allergies and it didn't make me overly tired. I often find that allergy medicines will dry out my sinuses too much, but this one did not do that. I would definitely recommend this product.

I took one dose when the symptoms begin and they went away within 15 minutes and stayed away for the rest of the day I absolutely love that it didn't make me groggy and it worked amazing will definitely be switching over

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw the commercials and was anxious to try Xyzal. I took it for five nights at bedtime as stated in the commercial. It did not help me sleep. Each night I woke up five times. Also, it did not work for 24 hours. Four to five hours before the next dose was due, I was congested and my nose was running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried only one dose. While it did clear up my allergy symptoms, I felt sluggish and "off' for a full day after taking it. I really did not feel like myself. I have tried other allergy medicines and they did not have a weird effect on me like this did. Did it work? yes. Not worth the side effects for me though.
