As with other allergy medications, this leaves me feeling dehydrated so I drink alot of water throughout the day which helps mitigate the effects of dehydration. Otherwise I have had good results with relief from sinus drainage and associated itchiness.

I do have to take it at night because it does make me sleepy but I don't wake up groggy like when I take another kind of allergy medicine.
