I had hoped it would because I work 8-12 hour shifts and I have to be clear-headed for those hours. I took as directed and hoped for the best. I had a runny nose, dry and itchy eyes, sinus headaches, sneezing constantly and itchy skin, especially around the tip of my nose. It was dreadful! I didn't notice any kind of relief and certainly not for 24 hrs. I'll continue on wsith my quest for serious allergy medicine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i recieved a sample of XYZAL from SampleSource. i suffer from allergies very badly in the spring which triggers my asthma. this has become a weapon of sorts to help my upper respirtory issues. allergies to me was this fog of yellow discomfort, burning eyes, red nose from blowing your nose and that dry cough from an itchy throat. i hope my review helps a fellow allergy suffer out there.

I have tried every allergy product available because I have year long allergies to everything from pollen to pet dander to dust. I spend all day sneezing and always have a tissue in my pocket. This stuff it the first allergy pill that makes it so that I can go a full day without sneezing or getting a sinus headache. I honestly have never had a allergy product work as well as this so quickly without having to take it for a couple of miserable days before you finally build up enough in your system to get some relief.
