I took it at night and by the morning I had relief! No side affect like with other fast acting products. Super happy I was introduced to YXZAL.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did like Xyzal 24 hr. It does have 5 mg of antihistamine so I took it at night. Under the warnings it states that drowsiness can occur. It worked pretty good by taking it before bedtime. It also warns not to use if you have kidney disease but most medications do have warnings on them. I like the fact that it is a 24 hr tablet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have terrible allergies I tried pretty much every medication Xyzal . I take 1 tablet once daily. I was sneezing, runny nose and my eyes was watery and red. Using Xyzal I took it for three day it really help me a lot.

OK, so I accidentally took this in the morning thinking it was my thyroid medicine. Anyway, I got through the day fine and was very drowsy at bed time which was perfect. So, I'm wondering if that's why I'm so drowsy in the morning when I take it as prescribed? Hmmm...

I am not a big pill taker what with the other meds I need to take but this seemed to be okay with them, but I would recommend checking with your Doctor before taking. It worked well and gave me great relief.

I like that it doesn't make me feel foggy or out of it at all! That's hard to find with allergy medicines. I still use my allergy nasal spray along with it, but I'm going to keep using Xyzal since it was so easy to transition from my old medication, and seems to be working out very well! I'm glad I got a sample to try, since allergy medications can be spendy. I haven't had any allergy related migraines while taking it, which is a godsend!
