I take it as soon as I feel that initial head/nose/eye tingle that warns the day will be horrible. I last all day without any reaction to the high pollen count nor indoor/outdoor allergen attack. It however isn't a miracle and once the barometer drops warning of a storm, there is NO helping my allergies.

I have tried everything on the market for my seasonal allergies. Nothing has ever worked. I was a little skeptical about having to take this the night before but I tried it and I felt relief in the first few hours. I was able to get a good nights sleep and I woke up the next morning with no symptoms.
