I had my first surprise round of allergies as we were packing away my daughter's mound of things for her first dorm room. Due to Covid-19, we were all pretty disappointed in the wrench thrown into our plans. The last thing we needed was stuffy noses and sneezing fits. We were worn out and in need of that last push and a good night's rest. XYZAL took care of it for us. It's fast and long lasting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was good through the night when I took Xyzal though when I woke up I needed to take other medications that wouldn’t react to the ingredients to make it through the day. My allergies are really bad and sadly I enjoyed feeling good at night but other brands that are “24 hrs” helped me during the day at well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like the allergy medicine really works. I like that you take it at night and I like that it offers 24 hours of relief. It really does help to alleviate your allergy symptoms. However, the side effects from it were pretty bad for me. It made me so hungry the next day that I could have ate everything in sight! Also, it left me feeling really groggy and like I was in a fog most of the next day. That may be a small trade off if you have terrible allergy symptoms but for everyday allergy issues, I will reach for something with fewer side effects.

It helped me breath and cleared my nasal passages and sinuses very well it was great!! I am happy with it and would recommend to others!! I was having some pretty severe allergies the day I received my sample, so I took the Xyzal immediately and I started to see and feel results very quickly. I also could not believe how long it lasted before I needed to take more medicine, I switched allergy meds after one dose of Xyzal and I have told everyone how great this product is. It worked better for me than prescription allergy medicine did, as well as, my normal over the counter meds.

My one caveat is that I get easily worn out from taking sleep medicine the day after & I feel incredibly sluggish, I made the mistake of taking this & not getting my usual 8-9 hour sleep so I was very sluggish/fatigued the following day. But overall, it holds up for the 24 hour relief from allergies just make sure you get the right amount of sleep!

I liked that it was a small pill, easy to swallow, and it lasted a long time. My only negative is that it made me too drowsy. All day long I was sleepy.
