I have tried all different allergy medications. Nothing has worked like XYZAL has!! I was going crazy with my allergies and within 48 hours of taking this (at night), I have not sneezed or had any other allergy symptoms. I have already recommended it to several friends who are also happy with the results. I will continue to take as I believe it is the first one that really works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sample got to me just in time! My pollen allergies went into overdrive. Sadly, Xyzal did NOT relieve my symptoms. I had hoped it would because I work 8-12 hour shifts and I have to be clear-headed for those hours. I took as directed and hoped for the best. I had a runny nose, dry and itchy eyes, sinus headaches, sneezing constantly and itchy skin, especially around the tip of my nose. It was dreadful! I didn't notice any kind of relief and certainly not for 24 hrs. I'll continue on wsith my quest for serious allergy medicine.

It did work on the my allergies but unfortunately did not last 24 hours for me, that is just probably me as that has happened with other allergy medicine. It would recommend you try it out to see how it works. I pill that last 24 hours is worth the try. Will it lasted it did a great job of controlling my allergies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must issue a warning about this product. I followed the instructions by taking one before bed. The next morning I felt drowsy. In fact, I felt drowsy and out of it the whole day. Maybe it helped my allergies, but I don't like the way it made me feel. I do not recommend this product.

The best thing for my overall allergies! It works year-round and helps keep my hives under control. Been taking this for years since developing Idiopathic Urticaria after moving to NC from Fl...it works without making me drowsy. I go into panic mode if I can't find in-club since it's the best price/qty anywhere and I can't be without it. I recommend it to anyone who has my condition. Glad I discovered this medication and it's the most effective thus far!

I used as directed in the enclosed instruction sheet and took the night before. However, it made me very drowsy and groggy at work, like taking a diphenhydramine antihistamine would. I have tried other OTC products that also made me drowsy as well. It's back to loratadine antihistamines for me.

I did notice a difference when taking Xyzal. It just wasn't a significant difference between other products. This product may work better for someone else.
