Unfortunately for me, I was able to sleep but I felt groggy the whole next day. This is the same way that I feel when I use a Benadryl type product. However, my spouse used the product and it worked well for them.

I'm One of those people that can't stop sneezing when I start and when I start it is loud; loud enough were I horrify people when I do. It's so loud it's like the elephant noises from its trunk when it gets revved up. I even had complete strangers ask was I ok and genuinely worried about my well-being, It's embarrassing. Not anymore the times of me scaring children and animals are gone! this not only cleared up mucus and my constant need to sneeze it's like it vanished completely! My husband has minor allergies to cats and since we have 2 cats that causes a little problem for him. He takes Xyzal every day and it greatly reduces his allergies with the cats in the house. It is also great for seasonal allergies. My allergy doctor even recommends this brand. I think it's probably the most effective on the market right now in terms of allergies.

This is the original prescription strength medication but you no longer need a prescription to purchase the medication. I like the convenient once a day dose. I have a hard time remembering to take medication throughout the day so being able to take just one pill a day is a great solution for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is far too strong for me. It cleared my allergies very quickly as promised. It continued to dry things up to the point of discomfort. I had to treat a dry and sore throat and cracked and bleeding nasal tissues.

It comes in capsule form. I'd say this would be the best friend of everyone with seasonal allergies or even all year allergies like me. This may make you sleepy so please don't take when you need to drive. It did it's job but best to take before bedtime. I was able to get sleep and itchiness didn't bother me the entire night.
