I like that I take it at night before bed and I works will I’m sleeping. I definitely noticed a change for the better right away. My itchy nose and sneezing is so much better now.

It is annoying when I have to blow my nose constantly and co-workers think I am sick. I felt so relieved I could focus on my work and not have to stop and blow my nose constantly. My allergies and all my symptoms seemed to be a lot better the next day. Although inwas groggy and it was hard for me to get motivated when i woke up.
