I've got a 5-day sample from Xyzal.com & tried it. It does not make me sleepy, runny nose comes back in a couple of hours, and wakes me up in the middle of night because dried nasal discharge blocks the nose air way. This is the third new 24 hour allergy medicine I have recently tried and failed.

I received small sample pack and liked it so much I bought more. It has helped with my allergy symptoms (runny nose, headache) however it makes me tired. I take it at night but wake up groggy. My allergy doctor recommends this in conjunction with a nasal spray.

Fast acting and was able to function normally within a couple of minutes

Once I took the pill, I would say within the hour I was feeling better and not getting my normal itchy nose and throat and sneezing. I was able to go about my day and not have any problems. It really lasted for 24 hours. the box recommended taking the pill at night, but I took it in the morning. When I buy it again, I would take the pill at night so when you wake up its already in your system and you don't even have to think twice about it. I am definitely do that from now on. Great Product!
