[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this allergy medication and it did a great job. On this particular day, it was very windy. Pollen blowing all over the place. Unfortunately, I did not prepare myself beforehand, but I did take Xyzal when I was experiencing symptoms after arriving home. Stuffy nose, sneezing and getting ready to have a miserable night. I took this allergy medication and within the hour, started to feel better. I actually had a restful night sleep as well. Yes. I would buy this again.

While it definitely did help my allergy symptoms it also made me very drowsy during the day even though I took it at night. So if medicines generally make you drowsy I wouldn’t recommend it but if they don’t usually bother you it works for symptoms.

I have horrible allergies that I am constantly battling but this week my itchy, watery eyes have been so much better! I plan to continue using this product and I recommend trying Xyzal if you haven't already!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got a sample from Xyzal. I have tried taking it at night. It does give me instant relief within few minutes. However, the next day, I still have running nose sometimes from 9 am. I don't think it would last 24 hrs for one little pill...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about one hour of taking the sample XYZAL allergy medication, I began feeling a little woozy. My mouth was overly foamy with saliva and my congestion became worse. I sought help from my local urgent care. The PA told me I had an overreaction to something in the XYZAL. He gave me an injection and some prednisone for 7 days. I'm feeling better but no more xyzal for me

This really helped my allergies this season, my other medication didn't stop my itchy eyes this did. The only problem I had was it caused me to start having daily bloody noses. So I switched back to my old medicine and the bloody noses stopped. Otherwise I would have kept using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] no more irritated, itchy watery eyes, no scratchy throat, no runny nose--after I took the first dose. I have no side effects. I was concerned about it making me drowsy, but I haven't noticed any trouble with that. And it doesn't make my mouth any drier than normal (I am already on other meds that do that, but Xyzal does not make it worse).
