It did last 24 hrs as advertised however the first few hours I was very sleepy. Now I understand why the commercials tell you to take it at night. All-in-all a good product that does exactly what it claims.

I always have really bad allergies in the spring, and these tablets helped relieve my symptoms within minutes after taking them.
