[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We all have allergies in this household, so very open to trying new products and when trying this product, we could not tell we had taken anything. It really didn't seem to work and left us hanging. If it did work, it wasn't strong enough.

My allergist recommended Xyzal as a supplement to my regular medicine for those times when my allergies really spike (such as Spring & Fall). Reading that some people experienced tiredness from Xyzal, I used a half tablet during the fall and found that was perfect to control my symptoms. Now I am facing my first spring with this regimen and upped Xyzal to the full tablet over the weekend as I was outside most of two days and experiencing itchy eyes and a runny nose. It was just the boost I needed!

Most of my allergies that this would help with are outdoors, so I don't require 24 hour relief. I prefer a product that I can use during the day. I think this would be most useful to someone looking for rest due to their allergies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this product this week due to some allergies and complications caused by the spring, so as the package says, I started taking one tablet every 24 hours, but only at night. This product makes me a little sleepy and has actually improved symptoms like a runny nose and stuffy nose. I would like the effect to be faster since I have been taking it for 3 days, my improvement is a little slow

I got the free sample and it worked immediately. I was taking up to 3 to 4 different allergy meds to deal with the dry California weather. I also have vertigo related to my inner ear congestion that this has worked perfect not to mention I have had the best restful sleep in 7 years. No more waiting in the long pharmacy line to get Zyrtec D. I can pick up Xyzal and use my time more wisely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like being able to take this at bedtime, rather than a medicine causing drowsiness during the day. I did wake up with a bit of a dry, sore throat. It seems to still be working now, close to 15 hrs after I took the first one.

Living in Tennessee, I'm Always looking for an over the counter allergy med that works. This is the best I've found so far! It is the original prescription strength and lasts for the full 24 hours. BUT, Do take at night, per directions, because it will cause you to be drowsy during the morning if you wait til then to take it.

Not only did these not help at all with my daily allergy ridden sneeze fest but they did nothing for my itchy and watery eyes. I actually think they made it worse. My eyes were soooooooo itchy, nonstop and steering, like makeup everywhere even with waterproof versions. If you’re allergic to everything like me then these are a no-go!

I tried everything else in the book including natural and herbal supplements. After taking these for three days I finally had some relief. I think this is overall a great product! Just placed an order for more.
