Just be careful because it will make you drowsy so it is best to take at night around bed time. You will wake up in the morning and your symptoms will pretty much be gone. I would recommend product and in fact have recommended and gave some to my sister who’s allergies are worse than mine and she now also buys and uses this product.

To be perfectly frank, it works well, no better or worse than the other allergy relief products I have used over the years, at least for me. I would say that if you find these at a better price than the other name brand allergy relief products, you should give it a try; it'll likely be worth it.
