I'm always skeptical when trying a new allergy med but I was pleasantly surprised with Xyzal. I fell asleep and slept well through the night. I wasn't groggy the next morning and it lasted throughout the following day. Honestly, I liked it so much I'm switching from my old allergy med to this.

My allergies can be crazy at times, so I have been on the hunt for a allergy medicine that will last all day, and keep me on my toes. I've tried many, but 9 out of 10 let me down. Xyzal was a brand I had not yet tried, and thankfully I was given a sample to test out complimentary. I used it for 5 days, and was stunned. From the first use, Xyzal lasted a true 24 hours, if not more. I had relief all day, and slept stuffy nose free at night. Truly remarkable! The tablets are super tiny, so very easy to take if you have issues with swallowing pills. Works within the hour, and keeps on trucking. As someone who is around plants, and has pollen allergies, Xyzal has really helped me out! I went and purchased the 80 tablet size, so I should be set for a few months! Highly recommend if you haven't tried Xyzal yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this medicine was very effective but had one side effect that irritated me. It made my lips and mouth so dry, that I could barely stand it. With that, I would still recommend it because others may not experience the side effect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Xyzal is not any better than the other OTC allergy medicines. I started xyzal and the first night I was up all night. I did not make the connection between the insomnia and xyzal until I was awake for 4 nights. I will go back to using Allegra

I liked the tiny size of the pill and that I could take it at bedtime and look forward to not being bothered by allergies the next day (I am especially affected by tree pollen). But it doesn't work for me - my throat, tongue, and ears are still itching like crazy! I'll go back to Claritin-D.
