[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a product that worked fast. It did help me for most of the day but unfortunately did not last the 24 hours. That is the way most allergy products are for me as I have severe allergies. It did take affect quickly so I will purchase it and give it a chance on a longer trial.

The day my sample came in the mail was the day my husband told me that the pollen was getting to him. Since the Xyzal had arrived in the mail that afternoon I gave it to him. Within the hour he was feeling better and asked me to buy him more. I did and there is no more complaining about the horrible North Carolina pollen.

I am often outdoors skating or walking my dog, so being outside and handling the air is a must. Xyzal was fast acting and definitely effective.

This helps me with my severe cat allergies and my friends and family are real cat people and there is no way of avoiding the attacks. This is great!!

I hadn't really thought of my itchy throat as an allergy symptom until I saw it listed on the front of the package. This took care of my throat and all of my other symptoms which seem to be predominantly itching with a few bouts of sneezing. This really helped me a lot and it really did last for 24 hours.

Most of them didn't work well. This one works for all my symptoms with out making me feel like a zombie. The best part is it lasts up to 24 hours of relief, so you only need to take one pill instead of how many a day. I would definitely recommend it!!

It certainly works better than most, if not all, of the other OTC medications I’ve tried for my allergies. I do notice my nose still runs a bit on and off but don’t have the sneezing and stuffy nose I often have.
