[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the summertime I sneeze from pollen, humidity, pet dander. After taking XYZAL I am not longer sneezing like crazy. They definitely work for 24 hours. They will definitely be in my medicine cabinet from now on.

I don't have much luck with allergy medications, nothing seems to work. Got the sample of Xyzal and by the time I had used it all up, almost ALL of my allergy symptoms were gone! I went right out and bought the big bottle! Now it's the first thing I take every morning.

I didn't sneeze once. My husband did but he doesn't normally suffer from allergies so he didn't take it. I didn't have a runny nose either. So far I'd say it works quite well and I'll be using it again on another hiking trip.

I feel like a new pathway has opened up and I can breath so well. This product didn't make me drowsy or give me any crazy side effects. I had a flare up and took this before bed and it helped tremendously. I woke up without any symptoms. The only caution I have to give is to make sure you take it at night as it makes you very drowsy. I typically wake up by 7/7:30 and the morning I took this I slept until 9:30! It knocked me out, so take it when you can get plenty of rest. I felt a bit groggy in the morning too, but it quickly went away once I was up and moving around. Great product to relieve allergy symptoms! I will continue to use it for sure.

I was especially interested in the fact that it is 24 hour prescription strength. I want a medicine that lasts. I am busy and do not want to constantly deal with sneezing, runny nose, itchy watery eyes, itchy nose or throat, with sneezing and a runny nose being my biggest issues. I love that Xyzal relieved my symptoms while I slept so that I didn't have to deal with symptoms every morning. I would definitely recommend Xyzal.

I thought the XYZAL worked pretty well but I honestly don't think it was superior. I like that you take it at night and it really worked on the itchy nose and throat but I still had a bit of a running nose. All in all, better than most products.

There wasn't enough to really judge how well it would work as a long-term allergy solution. I am a little concerned about long-term use given some of the warnings about certain ingredients. I couldn't really tell if it was helping with seasonal allergies. I still had plenty of sinus congestion even after taking it.
