I take this year round, as I have seasonal allergies to different things all year round. They're effective except for in the fall against golden rod - I guess my golden rod allergies are just too much.

I take Claritin daily for year round allergies. It is 10mg Loratadine so not a high dose, but enough to keep histamines at bay. Non drowsy formula is safe for daily use. Cost a bit more than other brands but definitely does the job!

Does the trick for me! One in the morning and I'm feeling great all day. I don't have to take it consistently like some people do in order to feel the effects. Love this stuff and helps with congestion and sneezing
