I like Claritin. They definitely work in the short run but once you're taking it for an extended amount of time they don't really work any more. Might be my own body just becoming too used to it but it's definitely a go-to for a few days or a week or so.

This allergy medicine really works. I have really bad allergies when that time of year comes and this medicine knocks it out without making you sleepy

Claritin works well for me during allergy season I find that it start to work faster than any other brand. And most important I don't fell drowsy. Its not expensive.
