I though this product was awful it gave me a rash on my face. Pros: it maybe good for other people Cons: It was suggested by a old health insurance I use to have for a replacement for a Ibs medicine. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I’ve been taking this and still nothing. I have heard great things about it. Just doesn’t work for me. I do like that it has no taste but it can be a bit granular.
