I’ve been taking this and still nothing. I have heard great things about it. Just doesn’t work for me. I do like that it has no taste but it can be a bit granular.

I had to take this because I was a little backed up due to taking iron pills! This gets it to soften and come out with no straining! I definitely will keep this in stock and I do recommend it to all! It’s not costly at all!
