Omg this is the absolute best stuff on the planet for constipation. it mixes completely with no yucky taste and if you don't drink it fast enough it does not get thick it dont male you feel bloated or gassy

I purchased this product a 2 weeks ago and it worked after 2 days instantly and I am happy I did. It's gentle and doesn't give me to much gas and bloating.

Never did anything, and once I learned the main ingredient (polyethylene glycol), knew my body knew better than my brain. If you don’t mind ingesting a petroleum derived compound that’s too close to plastic for me, give it a try.
