This product has been a lifesaver for me and I have recommended it to you a ton of people. After giving birth for the first time I struggled with constipation and nothing seemed to help, stool softeners, laxatives, fiber, prunes, etc. this has been the perfect solution for my constipation. My diet was terrible recently while traveling (fast food, cheese steaks, cashews, etc.). Not proud of it. I became more constipated than ever; it was terrible. My doctor told prescribed Miralax. I took it for two days and was able to go just a bit but not nearly enough. I may need something stronger.
