All of our kids had some kind of food problems and we have had to rely on Miralax to help them go to the bathroom when nothing else would help. The unflavored powder is pre-measured into pouches that you can dissolve in water, coffee, juice, any beverage! So convenient that is is already measured for you and it's simple to take on the go or pack for a trip. I found it to be completely unflavored and found that for me it worked overnight. It does have a dusty kind of taste but if you mix it with juice, you can’t tell it’s there. I recommend using it for about a week since it takes a day or two to get everything up and running.

It makes it very convenient to have in your purse and keep them while in the go. The taste is good doesnt over powder and has quickly become my go to when Im feeling like I need some extra help. The best part is, there is no stomach cramping, Miralax just softens your stool so you can go the bathroom more easily! They are pre-measured and easy for taking along if you are traveling. It usually takes a few days of using it and it produces a gentle response, without cramping or ending up with diarrhea. My Mom also uses it and swears by it. Now I can just slip a few of these "pax" in my purse and forget about them until I need them. I just take it in some water because it's tasteless and not gritty. I definitely recommend Miralax as an occasional go-to laxative for mild bouts of constipation.
