Being stopped up isn't any fun of course. Been trying things and no luck. Bought the MiraLax and took a low dose. That evening my stomach was hurting me and I felt sick. I woke up next day and felt awful all day long, still stomach hurting. Then it finally stopped hurting. Didn't do me any good to take it, so now I've wasted $$ on this one. It might work for you just fine, but I'll never use it again.
