Please go back to individually wrapped tea bags! The unwrapped bags are impossible to carry with you, and the entire box picks up odors faster. Also, if you drink both caff. and decaff. it is impossible to tell the foil pkgs apart if you take them from the box.

I also sent comments to the unilever email. I just bought tea bags and was excited about the fancy foil packing but seemingly the trade-off is the poor quality bags, where black tea leaves leak through into each cup. I will not purchase or recommend this product to others until Lipton focuses on improving the quality of the actual product and not the packaging.

I have been a tea drinker of Lipton tea only, all of my life. I do not drink coffee. I have been buying Lipton tea bags for years, and I am in my late 50's. What were you thinking when you changed the packaging and the taste!? I don't know if you thought it was a green thing with the packaging, but to lose the stronger flavor that I am so use to for all these years, was a huge mistake!! Also, the packaging is a big hassle, like when you want to pack the tea bags in your lunch bag or throw a couple into your purse. I now had to buy a box of plastic baggies to put the tea bags into to protect them when I throw them into my purse. Also, once the packs are opened, I feel like the tea doesn't stay as fresh in those awful and clumsy packs. I guess it doesn't matter what brand of tea bags I buy now. I feel you have sacrificed the flavor as well as the convenience! Not a fan!

If I just want plain tea hot or iced I want Lipton's. However, I have grown to enjoy adding one or two bags of the flavored teas usually with one regular tea bag. By the way, for over 30 years I have been using just plain Lipton Tea bags in a pitcher of cold water and refrigerator for 6-8 hours. My husband calls it cave tea as opposed to sun tea. It can be kept for three or more days without developing that "stale tea flavor."

The only brand of tea drink is Lipton's. There are usually a few packets in my bag at all times. With the new gold sleeves that's not possible. I don't want to buy the little boxes, and I don't want to have to join a club to get the individually wrapped packets. Please bring back the old packaging.

I use this product every day. I make a gallon with 2 cups of sugar. Good value with a very good taste. I highly recommend this product. My whole family uses this tea. Great for family meals down in the south. I tease my family up north who hardly drink tea

The new packaging is ridiculous and unnecessary. I've been drinking Lipton tea for 40+ years. You've now added foil wrapping and the awful tag/string/slit to the bags. What I see is a method/reason to increase your prices and try to compete with other, fancy gourmet teas. Ridiculous. No more grab n go tea bags and the ridiculous tag/string/slit combination is annoying. I end up pulling the string completely off of the bag 9 out of 10 times, and then I have to deal with no string or try to tie the stupid thing back on. Your product and packaging was fine just the way it was. I would love to see the data that was collected from users that prompted you to make these changes. I'm guessing from the number of poor reviews on this site since the changes were made, there isn't any such data. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Yesterday I bought a box of 100 Lipton Tea Bags, as usual. The package, however, was changed. Instead of individual envelopes for each tea bag, there were foil packages with groups of unwrapped tea bags inside. One of the things I loved about Lipton was the portability. Now that's gone. But the biggest disappointment was the taste. What changed? What happened? For those of us who have been drinking Lipton tea for years, it is easy to tell that something is different. If it isn't broken, DON'T try to"fix" it. I believe the company will lose a great many customers with these changes. As for myself, I will have to start sampling other tea until I can find one that tastes as it should and is individually wrapped. So sad because Lipton tea was a comfort beverage for me, and I drink several cups a day.

Packaging design with prominent yellow color and easy to find. You can easily find mixing instructions on the packaging (drink hot or cold). I really like the gentle scent of tea and its caffeine content is enough to help me stay awake to work every day. You can brew it hot when it's cold, or a pot of iced tea, pearls... in the refrigerator will be great to quench your thirst. It tastes amazing.

This is my all time favorite black tea. I’m a bit of a tea snob and love trying different kinds and drinking it both hot and iced. However when it comes to black tea this is still my preferred one even over all different varieties of both loose leafed and bagged, expensive and cheap, I still go back to Lipton as the best one
